Development Director / Gift Planning Facilitator
The Catholic Foundation of Northwest Pennsylvania is hiring a Development Director / Gift Planning Facilitator. We seek an organized, result-oriented individual who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects as part of a dynamic team. The position is full time, non-exempt. The Development Director will lead a variety of projects including the initiation of a basic gift planning outreach program. Priorities of this position include establishing new and strengthening existing relationships with major gift prospects and donors, diocesan clergy and leaders of Catholic organizations. The Director will be a resource for colleagues and constituents on basic charitable gift planning.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record and history of at least five years in fundraising, finance, sales or marketing. This Director position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the agility to thrive in an evolving organization. The best candidate will have working knowledge of fundraising practices.
