Catholic Social Ministry Endowment

The Catholic Social Ministry Endowment is a field of interest endowment which funds grants awarded by the Foundation annually. The Foundation seeks to award grants in this area in support of projects and ministries that embrace and align with Catholic Social Teaching and are answering the Gospel call to respond to needs within the community. Donations in any amount designated for the Catholic Social Ministry Endowment increase the Foundation's capacity to award grants in this area. Supports outreach services to the poor through Catholic Charities with a preference for programming provided at Saint Martin Center (Erie) and Prince of Peace Center (Farrell). Grants from this endowment are awarded through the Catholic Foundation's competitive grant process. GIVE TO THIS FUND

Thomas J. and Mary H. Loftus Charitable Endowment

Supports agencies in the Catholic Charities network within the Diocese of Erie that serve the indigent for the following purposes: funding the availability of skilled staff and programs to assist the poor with life skills that help them gain dignity and success as contributing members of society; also providing material assistance (particularly on an emergency need basis) to the indigent.
