The Catholic Foundation of Northwest Pennsylvania is facilitating the 2022 #iGiveCatholic Giving Day to celebrate and support the charitable, educational, and spiritual ministries of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie. This year marks the eighth annual national #iGiveCatholic Giving Day and the fourth year the Catholic Foundation has facilitated this initiative for the Catholic parishes, schools, and nonprofit ministries in northwest Pennsylvania. In 2021, 1653 donors gave $340,054 in support of 95 Catholic organizations in northwest Pennsylvania. Support for #iGive Catholic has continued to rapidly grow since joining the campaign in 2019. With your participation, we look forward to another banner year in 2022!

What is #iGiveCatholic?

#iGiveCatholic is a powerful, 24-hour online giving event to unite the faithful in dioceses across the nation (and the world!) to come together and raise as many charitable dollars as possible for Catholic parishes, schools, and nonprofit ministries on #GivingTuesday, November 29, 2022.

What is #GivingTuesday?

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season when many people focus on holiday and end-of-year giving.

When is #iGiveCatholic?

#iGiveCatholic is on #GivingTuesday, November 29, 2022. You can support your local Catholic parish, school, or ministry on that day or you can make an #iGiveCatholic donation at any time during the advanced giving period from November 14 through November 28, 2022. Gifts made by check or cash can be made directly to qualifying organizations during this same time frame.

Participating organizations are eligible to win cash prizes!

Thanks to the businesses and organizations listed below, we are able to offer a prize program for the parishes, schools and ministries that participate in #iGiveCatholic. Some of these prizes are distributed on the giving day as goals are met, some are awarded based on time of day and others are allocated after the final #iGiveCatholic statistics are determined and are based on success.

To add to the excitement, your donations may help your favorite Catholic organizations win cash prizes through the generous support of our #iGiveCatholic sponsors!

Thank you to our #iGiveCatholic 2022 Northwest Pennsylvania sponsors!
